4 months agoBeautiful. Safe and fun. Sun hits the beach of the waterfall until about 4-5pm. Water is chilly but refreshing and you can climb up the fall and jump off if you are into that sort of thing. The walk down is nice but the walk back up is challenging so bring good footwear or a bag of determination!

7 months agoMan what a week at this beautiful place!!!from the staff to the other families on site. We loved this place so much that we have decided as a family to come and every year at some point. Sue was amazing to deal with at reception she was so accommodating and helpful. We also had the privilege to meet Gemma the owner of the place. Thank you so much for letting us stay at this beautiful retreat. We didn’t want to leave. We loved everything the people, swimming holes and the whole place in general. Thanks again team

5 months agoOnly visit during the week otherwise this location is overrun by locals and tourists. We hiked down the trail and stairs (which were manageable) to find approximately 50 people already on site. If you don't mind crowds this location is OK otherwise advise avoiding or visiting during off peak times.

a year agoGreat place to come for a swim or for a good short hike. Walk is about 10min downhill and 15min back up the hill. Quite a steep climb with certain slippery areas and points that require nimble movement. Avoid on rainy days and days following heavy rainfall as either the path will be extremely slippery or the current streaming down the crossing will prove difficult to cross if wanting to swim.

6 months agoStunning walk! Need to take it easy heading down but if you're ok with intrepid it is very fun. Gorgeous river and swim hole at the bottom. So stoked to have found it☺️
