2 months agoCustomer services is deplorable. Do the staff even get training? Brooke at the Trades end speaks down to staff while they're learning, she needs to step back and observe her manner with customers also. Don't talk over them, don't talk down to them, don't show your frustration publicly. It's not professional and reflects the poor level of customer services that already exists.

2 weeks agoHad a great experience at Bunnings on Friday evening thanks to Tash and Jett! Both were friendly and super helpful. Jett went above and beyond by searching the store for a product that showed 96 units in stock but was hard to find. Really appreciated the extra effort – awesome customer service!

2 months agoCame in over weekend to get some thigs for our new place. There was nobody around to help and when we did finally find someone the gentlemen was taking a personal call and wouldn't assist. He also didn't help a few people whom I also heard make the comment. We ended up leaving and going to buy the exact same product elsewhere which is a shame.

2 months agoTerrible customer service – consistently disappointing I’ve visited Bunnings Mount Maunganui a few times recently and unfortunately, the experience has been consistently poor. Staff morale seems really low, and there’s always an excuse as to why things can’t be done. On my most recent visit, I rang ahead to check if a product was available and was told it couldn’t be retrieved because there was no forklift driver on site. I asked when a driver would be available and made the effort to return at that time, only to be told there was still no driver – this time because their licence had expired, and it was somehow the training company’s fault for not renewing it. Honestly, how does a company or a supervisor allow a situation like that to happen? It speaks a lack of basic organisation and accountability. This kind of poor communication and lack of follow-through seems to be a recurring issue across the store. Sadly, I’ve had enough. I’ll be taking my money elsewhere from now on.
